This is my mates SERGAL FURSUIT head i made names Havok. It is a plastic resin mold i made, resin eyes have led's all made by me. Moveable hinge mouth, follow me effect eyes as well.
Overall this was a fun fursuit head but also a challenge for me due to the resin eyes messing up an not curing right. But now I changed my chemicals so now they come out easily an don't have bubbles in them like UR normal base casting you see people buy and make. No offense. XD

We do but I'd have to find the process pictures; but I will post them. We are also in the work of making a 2nd or 3rd ever made i believe (im not really sure) toony SERGAL head. If the Sergal head goes well I will b making more toony ones than my resin moldings because resin molds are a mess an to toonys would be super cute.
