Me and Rennon the Shaved collaborated on this pic at AnthroCon this year. I chatted with him while he drew it, and i like the way it came out. But i suppose you're wondering how the tattoo got there. Here's my take on it...

Corey went to the beach, having already shaven off all of his fur so he could get a major tan. His girlfriend Nancy (pictured), didn't take well to this and walked off. So, Corey went to a bar and drowned his sorrows in some rounds of liquor. He then had a brief fling with another girl, and got the tattoo so he would remember it. When he came to, he noticed the tattoo, and laid low until his fur grew back so Nancy wouldn't find out. Unfortunately, he never counted on Nancy getting used to seeing him shaved. So, forgetting about the tattoo, he asked her to shave him in spots he can't reach. And the rest? You're looking at it.

As for why i chose "Vixey," i thought i'd choose a name most fox-lovers would be familiar with.
