Harkening back to a previous picture of a Nidorina Genie lady, I decided to make her an actual character. Her name is Talia. She is a genie that of course grants wishes. Although is still a beginner so her powers can be questionable at times. She has also been known to be a bit picky with some wishes she grants wishes to. Again, a beginner genie. She doesn't wear TYPICAL genie attire. Again again, beginner genie.
She has a bubbly personality. Willing to speak her mind seeing as she gets alot of clients for wishes.
I'm also working more on what I want my cel shaded style to be. With more solid shading and comic book like outining. I made some changes to her design, including her now platinum white hair.
