yeah, the resin one looks good.. but for some reason i like the newer plastic better... but even then, you see so many of them now, its like... ehh..

Well, mine's a Stormblade. With the Titan Killer plasma cannon, heavy flamer sponsons, and lascannon turrets.

Plastic is easier to work with than hardened resin, which you have to heat up to mold at all. It can be tricky.

... suck at plasticard? With Orks that is not a bad thing - all you need is a way to make "rivits" (a leather hole punch is brilliant for this) and a stanley knife to carve the edges of the larger pieces and VOILA ;)

Granted - there are those who go ALL OUT with plasticard (they both place me in awe and envy :P)

yeah.. *coughs* doggeh... XD heheh, seriously tho.. i envy his plasticard skills.. (and i still cant find that damned hole punch small enough for rivets!!) its like a 1-2 mm right? theres only 3 and 4mm ones.... im so fucking pissed!! >:(

armouring up an ork vehicle with plasticard is dead easy.

currently doing a Russ, ill post pics later.

my local store manager has a skull hamma built. very similar to yours, but he's included platforms on the sides with mounted guns.

more battle damage id say.

i was thinking more like a gimmick.

i have blood axe lootas, and mu gimmick is looted vehicles. lotsa em.

got the sentinel/ATV, a lemun russ, sm dreadnought and working on a tau pirahna.

To get a nice 'bad welding job' look that would be great with orks, a little cheap superglue at some corners will cheapen the 'perfection' of the mear-marine-quality welds ;) Use yore orky no-whuts!

Heh a 'clue by four' platform could be a nice thing... or mabe a squig pen attached to the back? perfect place for a grot to butcher and slap the squig on the engine block- err- power plant- to cook food on the go!

well red be for the paintin.. stabbin bitz i can try to add, dunno bout pointy tho.. smokestacks, only one i had left was the ones from the trukk sprue, and the one i used for the barrel.. :P
