Florence The Mime'N Gale is property and roleplayed by me.

Meet Florence the Mime'N Gale; owner and creator of a mysterious place, known as the 'Pandemonium Cafe'. A monochrome cafe that throws logic out the window and never seem to gain any semblance of a natural order. The only constant is it's everchanging nature and monochrome coloration.
Most people would be wise to leave their sense of logic at the door, or risk losing it, as well as their minds trying to figure out the mind-boggling strangeness that is Florence's home.
At the age of 22, you'd never guess that this silly, but pretty maid was the owner of a multiverse-travelling realm. Due to this odd ability to jump between the wild spiderweb that made up the multiverse, it's very existence is in constant fluctuation, with laws of physics becoming nothing more than a turbulent randomizer. The only room that is deemed safe for the general populace is the 'entrance', where the physics seem to somewhat follow the ways of the attached world. Florence is the only one with the ability to navigate and/or survive the chaotic realm at it's fullest, past the first room and you'd be wary of venturing anywhere without the silly mute.
Not much is known about the Mime'N Gale, but his nationality is apparently 'french' and his very sex is prone to shifting. (Despite this, Florence is typically called a male. Mostly for the confusion it causes in some people.) His strange and impossible adaptation to the chaotic realm has left him with properties that most would find in Fae-folk.
His main abilities involve conjuring of portals and the ability to solidify air-molecules. Physically, he seems as mortal as your average human, but is capable at operating at pressures that no person should be able to survive at, let alone remain physically-recognizable. He's also a well-trained acrobat (Mostly due to constantly adjusting to the wild shifts in gravity that is his home.)
Personality-wise, Florence is a very calm and in-control individual when in his own realm, topped off with a playful and doting maid-persona that typically keeps his guests entertained.
Outside of his realm, however, he's probably the most clumsy maid you'll ever meet and his frantic personality tends to make for another form of entertainment. This is mostly, because he has adapted so much to chaos that it's actually 'order' in his odd perception of life.
