Lol ok I got myself a free of these elite figures, the others will be here sometime next week. This dude was Jul 'Mdama but I took off the stupid hand armor, and his helmet. I also made it so I can remove his neck armor, and the tail looking things I made removable. Just don't like that style of armor. The other elites are the elite minors from halo reach.

He's kinda neat, these have some weight to them as well. I'm actually going to be filling the holes where the armor I pulled off are with bondo and painting his armor print. Painting his solder armor as well. Don't like Jul in halo 4 since he's a terrorist white, but this figure is badass. Much better than the Zealot Elite from halo 4.
