I love the way his tongue just flops. I also imagine him saying "Hi" with the voice of Stitch.
All in all, it is a very neat animation. The movement is very fluid and real. The style reminds me of those animation channels on YouTube like How It Should Have Ended and Toon Sandwhich.
I don't recall whether you have had done an animation/GIF in recent past, but I encourage you to make another. It would be really cool if you did one of a panel from Out-of-Placers, sort of like a motion comic.
