He may look a bit grumpy, but the head of the VPO actually really enjoys his work; he's just trying to keep up a professional appearance. His prey certainly doesn't care for that.
The current results of a collaboration with
rogus247. I'm planning on shading this, but it's a bit hard to think of how, given the perspective is from above, and he's laying on the ground, so I'm not sure how to go about it without pillow shading him. Still, this was fun to do, and Apollo's a very interesting character.
