On April 22, 2015 (which, coincidentally, happened to be "Earth Day"), my "Fur Affinity" site had reached another milestone, as I'd acquired my 90,000th 'pageview'!
But, rather than work on a completely new piece of art to commemorate the occasion, I'd 'borrowed' an earlier piece of artwork of mine. I took an image I'd submitted to "The Round House" (on the occasion when that website celebrated its 9th Anniversary) - which was in the form of a mini-sketch of a fat dog (who looks like a nine), combining fine-lined marker pens and colored pencils - and added some new art right next to it...
Appropriately enough, the additional zeroes are in the form of linked frankfurters - which, at least, gives a plausible explanation on how that dog got so fat (with a figure as round as the number 90,000)!
You can see the original mini-sketch of the 'Number Nine' dog in "The Round House" gallery, by going to this link: http://roundhouse.wulfnet.net/galle.....neTRH.JPG.html
