It can't be confirmed or denied if that water had anything to do with the wyvern-mode, only that it had a lot to do with the resulting strenuous pushing and pulling that followed both times it was involved even if the characters weren't aware of it.
By all means, if I ever visit their little pocket universe, I'm going to bring my own water. With the laughing demon in the waterfall and Miz's pool (No Bois Aloud), I don't need to be turned into a newt by sipping from the wrong font.
