I imagine that in an anthro world, the minimal amount of clothing one would be expected to wear to be socially acceptable would vary by species and their physiology. Those of us with large wings would not have to wear shirts most of the time and taurs would not have to wear pants.

Jake here has taken off his shirt and has met up with his girlfriend, Jane, in a wooded area. He's just an average buck, but buck taurs just look so sexy with no clothing and Jane loves snuggling her cute deer.

Where are they going to go and what are they going to do together? That's between the two of them.
