So I wanted to get a picture that would express the Dangers of how deep you go within Lalim. Everything from his belly up is safe, but once you start descending the tail, you're in for some trouble. The base is not strong enough to do any permanent damage, mostly eats away Keratin such as fingernails and hair, and slightly bleaches the skin. But at the tip, where you're the farthest from the surface, yet oh so near, your end is sure to come. But only if you're a wicked person.

Hmm, so then by my understanding, as long as I use my future version since he is kind, just, and wants to destroy the great evil that made him a murderer... I probably won't get broken down into a soup... *shudder* (Then again, I would probably be able to fend off the acid's attack anyways, unless the acids can break down magic and nano-machines).
