Funny story about this image
I drew it a few days ago, and when I was going to finish it, MY DUMB ASS closed out the image and it didn't save. Good thing the sketch was saved as well as half of the coloring LOL
So I stopped for a while (especially seeing that photoshop was being stupid)

She is covered in clouds and weird textures and is doing some awkward dance pose
