I'm still hashing out most of the details for these guys, but the general idea is they are they really big, 6 winged creatures that usually come in paler colors (though more exotic ones can be found). Each one can have a wildy different shaped halo, facial mask (including variations in the number and placement of the "eye" holes). I haven't decided if the light behind the mask is always pure white or if it can be different colors (if so the color would definitely correspond with the halo color). Their tails are bird like ranging from long to short, wide to narrow, rounded, split, etc.
Along with their physical traits i'm developing their social aspects. They're very communal and tend to flock together. I think I've decided they communicate through different frequencies of sound, most of which is either too high or too low for a person to hear, however if they do happen to hit a frequency we can hear, its generally described as an incredibly loud thrumming sound
