Oh, my gosh. 'Pee Bar' and a big husky guy reminded me of 'Pee Bear' from a subgenius comic, and I had my mind blown.

It wasn't hard to find on the net, either. 'Care Dog meets Pee Bear', 'a subgenius bedtime story'. Not for the faint of heart.
