nightargen did this for me about a centry ago (December 2013) for a glowy-themed Solstice Party I held that year. Did it in short order, and did it to spec (the spec was "has to be glowy" lol). I did give her a choice of characters, though, and she went with Khazzie and Rooth (yay!).I think this might have been the year I didn't get the projector working, but subsequent Solstice Parties featured this art, among others.
