  OC: Glitch/Rave 



So this is actually my OC Rave, but this look and all

is for a story I am making =3 and so his 'name' Is Glitch.



I won't explain it because I don't want people to take my idea before I have even

gotten to far on it; but yea =3 hope you guys like his static eye'd self lol
