Not as much as it might look like. He would self trim on his own he just would get a little long first. If you look carefully you can see that they were getting ready to shead the long toe piece any time.

he shouldn't have to rely on shedding.

Sigh he dint have to. If they had not shed on there own they would have been clipped. As a matter of fact the hid feet did get clipped.

I think he's just a cute fuzzy. Doesn't look unhappy just...itchy... Happy horses are well taken care of horses Most ponies rarely get shawed as their hoof strength and growth is different from your standard horse. Depending on the composition of the ground they walk on it's almost like getting a mancure/pedecure. But at the same time being aware of the lenght of the toes will tell you if you need to trim them or not. I didn't see any probs. with you other pix And for the penis yeah for example like when person-X is walking their dog you want them to put pants in on or are you just going to leave the dog be? No brainer there
