This is Tina Teaspoon of Button Moon who is having a bad day on the moon. The show uses puppets and it is a sweet little show, which deals with the problems of the Spoon family, when they take little trips to the moon http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Button_Moon in a spaceship that is the Spoon's backyard.
