In his attempts to create many types of armors for himself, Mewtwo came up with the Psi Armor.

This armor is entirely focused on amplifying Mewtwo's already crazy strong psychic abilities beyond the limit. This form is extremely frail ; the arms are even more skinny than that of his Amber Armor and the fingers are too weak to grasp anything. His legs are way too weak to allow him to walk let alone stand and as such, he is forced to float permanently. His tail tip was made MUCH larger to amplify his powers further. His skull was made much larger to contain the more complex brain matrix. As this form require enormous amounts of oxygen, it has many more veins that his other forms.
