Birthday present/entry for webmyrcury, her OC, (chibi) Myrcury. I wish I could of gotten it done sooner, but I've been so incredibly busy, it's been hectic. I had a lot of fun doing this, doing such an upbeat and neat character made me happy~ Thank you webmyrcury! <3
