In the sudden darkness-this poor little pony has no idea what horrible monstrosity looms behind her-attracted to what little light still beams through her flashlight. His unblinking bloodshot eyes glaring at her from behind his macabre mask.
What will he do with her? Who knows...but knowing Pyramid Head, its not going to be anything savory...I guess you all can leave that to the imagination...
***
I wanted to have his eye somehow in the image to make it creepier-it creeps me out, so atleast it worked on me. Its pretty much like a little speech bubble...but instead, his eye-since you can't exactly see his face anyway. Maybe i'll draw him maskless someday...
And oh noes, Lens Flare!

Lavendar trembled, tears running down her eyes as she held the flashlight up close.
"No...oh, please no...." she whimpered as the flashlight's meager light dimmed further, the darkness closing in oppressively. Sounds of flesh dragging on floor, of metal scraping on wet concrete were frighteningly close, and despite the horrors she had seen, Lavendar was even more afraid of what she could not see.
"P-Please!" she begged the dying light in a strained sob, futilly trying to will more life into her flashlight. So intent was she in her desperation, that she didn't notice the radio's dull static change to distorted turbulence, then a keening whine of danger.....

I love this. Seriously. I would read more of it. A story based on Ponyland becoming a decrepit monolith as someone's most horrible fears started to materialize in some screwed up fashion. It would be lovely...and horrible.
But anywho, I love your paragraph. I can see it all! XD
