Why'd they put on bathing suits in panel 4?

That was gameboysage's decision, quoted from the original upload: "Oh! One thing I'm sure you all noticed is in the surfing panel, they got some clothing on XP I never went into it much since I never had a chance to, but the closest thing you can get to naked in their world is not having any clothes on with soaked fur. Not simply wet fur, but completely wet, like from jumping into a pool. So even though Crystal and Nero have no issues walking around in just their fur (since fur means you're not naked), even they won't go into the ocean without some form of bathing suits on (I'm sure Nero would, but this is my world XP)."
