Second day in Austin! So at the festival theres a vendors fair, but we were the only ones to show up and sell things. We were selling promotional stuff for the film, but people were far more interested in buying con sketches of themselves in drag! It was really slow, and the most people around me at once was actually only like 5, but this was what it felt like for me since this was my first time doing this sort of thing. We earned a little bit of money, not a whole lot, but enough to boost the ego a bit and lessen the damage of the trip ever so slightly.

A friend suggested it to me, because the people here are very friendly and responsive to the art. Anthros aren't really something I draw regularly, but when I take commissions I am more than willing to do so. The commissions I have received thus far haven't included any, though.
Plus, despite that, everyone has been very nice and doesn't seem to mind and its very nice to hear from everyone! Most places people dont say anything at all.
