So on Tumblr, Ive been seeing a lot of artworks that use a colored circle for the background. I decided to use the circle idea as well, except the rest is my original idea xD
I took my favorite thing to draw - a cattle skull - and paired it up with a Victorian era dress used in mourning. The brooch actually has a skeletal human man portrait on it, you'll have to zoom in to see it clearer. I also put a Victorian Queen's Crown floating up there because why not?
I drew this on 8.5" x 11" extra white sketchbook paper using Prismacolor pens (005,01,Brush pens), and a T3 Copic marker.
It took me from Friday Night to last night at 4:00 AM from start to finish, and I actually like this one for once!
I really should have used paint instead of my brush pen to fill in that circle though... Would have come out much better.
