Thanks to a certain Navy guy I've had a story "banging around" in my head where Carrie has her mates and pups but has to deal with one particularly nasty "problem"; Wylde. She makes a deal with him that she will be "available" to him for "fun" from time to time in return for his "paws (and everything else) off" of her family.
In this illo she arrived at their meeting place and Wylde took her by surprise, scooped her up in his arms, and tossed her several feet up into the air! This illo is done at the instant where Cassie has landed in the lynx's arms but she's not fully settled in them, thus her hair still being curved upwards.
