--Valtiel, a monster and governing angel within Silent Hill 3. He serves as an attendant to God, and is charged with safeguarding Heather Mason while the unborn deity grows within her. It is by his turning of the valves that Silent Hill shifts between the Real World and the hellish Otherworld.--
Here is an amusing tableaux highlighting the removability of Valtiel’s clothing. I did my best to imagine him relaxing (not that an angel would choose to relax in the buff, but it's the best reasoning I’ve got). As you can see, just as much work went into his body as his outfit. Okay maybe he’s goofing around a little too. The final 3 images are to show him off in less extreme lighting and for him to play with the valve some more, which I purchased specifically for his benefit.
Valtiel’s body is fully dyed and hand painted. The red sections on his arms, back, and legs are cutouts of red velour that were sewn to the body to give it the exposed flesh effect. In the games and in canon you can only see the sections of exposed flesh on his arms, but I took some liberties and decided he would have them on his legs around the knee, and on his spine as well.
It was an incredible joy taking one of my favorite characters and adding my own interpretations to his design.

Valtiel is the first serious plush I’ve ever tried to sew. He is 100% hand-sewn, has an interior armature to make him poseable (even the tongue!), and is about 15 inches tall. All patterns were made by me. His outfit, including his boots, were also handmade by me. And are fully removable. Valtiel and his clothing were also completely hand-painted to achieve the darker tones prevalent in Silent Hill.
