XD I been trying to make a TURE Metal Runnic for a LONG time now
I did make one long ago but he was just alike Robotisize version of Runnic with a Metal Sonic design fix to him
the Trouble I had when making this was the head and chest XD
I couldn't pick or design a head spikes that fit Runnic so I just went with teh Classic modle head with some details XP
and hair XD
the body I couldn't think how to do it but I thought perhaps showing Run's Jacket a bit XD
his jet Rocket is not like Metal Sonic's he one can turn up down so on it to give him more moveable speed
the Zero G on his arms and feet let him move faster to,
as well as able to KICK BUT and run with his feet
Metal's are powerful copys of other chars
fully machine thinking they are the Real version XD

Metal Sonic has a nanobot blood living Metal like Blood,
it repairs him so on like a robot almost human to say,
yet when it was effected with some Chaos Energy [Sonic heroes] when Eggman tryed to make some to use other than getting the 7 Emeralds the nanomachines grow changing him and also made him 100% Living Metal completely
untill Super Sonic, Shield hyper powered Tails and Knuckles beat him then all the chaos energy left him
also you SO know Metal be in Sonic on the DS ep 02 XD
