Please do not use brightly colored text colors on top of either "noisy" or brighter colored/tinted elements. It's bad graphic design, and also incredibly difficult to read.

Ugh, we're desensitized to about anything on the net. It's just when people make poor choices in visual design, whether its caption colors, loud text, or eye-blinding character concepts.
