To me, this useful tutorial image is almost as good an Animorphs cover as any! Of course, the proper term would be "Anthromorphs" in this case.

Heh. I was always annoyed that the Animorphs covers incorporated normal clothing (THEY COULDN'T MORPH NORMAL CLOTHING!!) and didn't pay attention to anatomical correspondence :P

And aw, thanks. I hate how my voice sounds outside of my head, but that's a pretty universal experience; I have to trust that my voice is pleasant. XD

Thanks for making these tutorials! The videos were extremely useful and well-detailed.
I'd never thought changing the shape of the person's face would make for a more convincing manipulation.

And thanks for pointing out the liquify tool, that's a lot of fun to use.

You're welcome! And yes, my methodology is very different from the typical copy-and-paste school of photomanipulation, and I'm glad you find it convincing!

If you want to see a copy-and-paster who uses Liquify, check out OdysseusUT on DeviantArt. He's quite good at the more traditional method :)

I typically lasso a bit of relatively featureless skin, copy and paste it into a new layer, and use the techniques I describe to give it the proper shape and texture!

Clip Studio Pro? No, because it's explicitly for Photoshop. (You can get Photoshop CS2 legally for free; look it up!)

I know I'm buggin ya with questions but is it better if I putz around with liquify before I actually try forming a face so I can gett a feel for it and does the short cut for "step backward" work in liquify?

Oh, thanks for the interest! I don't really plan on updating it, because I don't really have anything more to say -- the same techniques I used in the above are the ones that I use to create tails and paws!

I'd love to see what you come up with if you try it out! :)

do you know of any good links for photoshop cs2? i attempted to manip myself using photopea since i dont wanna pay for photoshop and it didnt work too well :P
