I am currently working on a fursuit for This is the current progress off the head base. Next ill be attaching the fur, nose and adding buck ram too the eyes.
The head itself is made of medium flexibility, 2-part polyurethane expanding foam. Which was set in a cast of a sculpted head I made from clay. which was then covered in 2-part silicone then then plaster to make the mould.
