I never expected seeing in my life something like this. A secured parkings for boats. I cannot imagine how difficult must be to get close to the edge in order to activate the bag and open the barrier...

You don't take into account that rich people do not want to damage their pretty boats.

It is more to stop places-to-park thieves. Boats have their own protection. You see them all over the place with free access. The problem is, there is not enough places to park in the summer
