The more elaborate version of the ever-popular Flapper Kitty. BG is some some deco-type design I grabbed online. The pose and dress are from a figurine of a flapper I also found online, but the cat's coloring is based on one of my own cats. Original version (w/out BG) will be going into Scraps.
