Those are some fancy looking boots. And that's definitely a .50 bmg rifle, couldn't say exactly which model/manufacturer though.

I had one of my gun-loving buddies draw the gun (I told him I wanted something 'obscenely excessive') so I'll have to ask him exactly what the make and model is supposed to be.

If I were to look through the big .50s in my gun buyer's guide I might be able to recognize it, though more than a few of them have a forend kind of like that which could make it a bit difficult. Double muzzle brake looks like it's a Barrett of some kind, I know that's one of the trademarks of their big guns.
