...And NOW we can get back to the goodness that is meat, from
!
Had this fer dinner a few nights ago... Some pork shortribs an sided with some mixed greens.
The ribs were given a rub of Lawry's salt then placed in a riploc baggie with a few shakes of Moore's marinade, seal an kneaded ta make sure the marinade got worked inta the meat then regrigerated fer lil' over 8 hours.
When dinner time came I preheated the oven ta 350 degrees, lined a small pan as shown in the first pic. Took'em out every 15mins ta baste'em in the excess marinade juices fer the 1st hour then gave'em a bastin' with BBQ sauce (fer this I used a honey BBQ but go with yer preferences) once every 15mins fer an additional half hour so these were cooked fer 1 & 1/2 hours total.
The mixed greens came from a large can but I added a diced up slice of onion ta boil with'em as they cooked... cook time was about 5 mins on medium heat.
So once again yer ol' werewolf shows ya another variation on cookin' up a good ol' southern rib recipe an if ya give it a try hope ya like it :)
