"First time in Azure Coast eh? Well you're glad you got me as your driver! I know this whole place like the back of my hand!"
Perhaps one of, if not THE, best guy to meet if you want to get around in Azure Coast. Gus is a locally known Taxi Driver and is very much liked for his jolly attitude and friendly nature. And his spot-on directions. Having every location in Azure Coast memorized and never needing a map.
Always in large floral-patterned shirts, normally buttoned up but sometimes not, shorts, sandals, and his favorite cap. Also he is one of the many people in Azure Coast without magickal abilities or the potential to do magick.
More importantly though, it's common knowledge that he is a VERY close friend of the Zandorus family. Being the closest thing to a 'father' that Optimal and Zellie had around. The pair looking up to him as an uncle, something that now Midnight and Sylvia have begun to do as well.
Gus is also VERY close with Aurora. Knowing her since a VERY young age, the two having grown up together. He's always had feelings for her that was too nervous to express. Sadly someone else beat him to the punch and had wedded her. A relationship which didn't last very long and left Aurora heart-broken. Having no one else to help her raise her daughter Zellie, who was still an infant, Gus gladly offered to help Aurora through her tough times. Even after she adopted the young Optimal, Gus stayed by her side.
After all the passing years, he still had feelings for her and finally worked up the courage to ask Aurora if she wanted to try dating after her last relationship. She had many others try to court her but only to be turned down. But for Gus, she happily agreed. He had been there for her and her family through tough times and stayed true to his promise to help her.
The two are now dating regularly and have a happy relationship. One he is now considering taking a bit further as he has been visiting Grelda's jewelry store, looking for that perfect 'something' to give to her...
And another picture of another Azure Coast resident! One I'd say is QUITE important hehe.
