"Soul Eater" is a phantom beast from the world of nightmares. Using a black orb that links this world and his he is able taking physical form. With his many eyes he can see the many wrong doing of his victims, crimes they have and haven't committed yet. Susie, his human partner is the only thing between us and his terrifying otherworldly dreamlike powers.

That in itself is not much because Susie herself is slowly being drive insane by the very same power; she is the only known partner too survive multiple uses of Soul Eaters powers. Soul Eater is able to take on many different forms, but only through manipulating Susies' body. Because of this Susie is able to change her form and age.

To protect himself from self destruction Soul Eaters' original eyes; his most powerful of his many eyes, are wrapped with spiritual binding from a previous partner. Unfortunately with every partner he that dies from exposure to his powers, these same bandages slowly come undone.
