An example of my poor drawing skills. no.2 pencil and graph paper.
Anyway explanation time:
Polearms
1. Nagol- Lightweight polearm with a wood frame and metal blade. commonly used by Shir'kha patrol guards.
2. Glide- Metal poleaxe with a solid blade. Because it's heavier than most other poleaxes it requires more training to use to it's full effectiveness.
3. Ring Spear- Spear with a ring blade attachment that makes it capable of being used for slashes as well as stabbing. Lightweight and easy to use.
4. War fork- Heavy headed spear like weapon used for martial combat.
5. Weapon catcher- A type of war fork with inverted hooks to catch and break an enemy's sword.
6. Heavy war fork- A three pronged war fork. Because of it's intricate design it requires training to use effectively.
7. X spear- Lightweight spear with a cross side blades affixed on it. Sometimes used by Leonean soldiers.
long swords
8. Sembal blade- Martial weapon often seen in Shir'kha.
9. Dragon horn blade- Hand blade made entirely of metal. Easy to use weapon.
10. Higan- Heavy metal single edged blade. Even though it's harder to use it's handle design makes use of the blade feel natural. Sometimes used by Reman soldiers or officers who have trained in it.
11. Axe blade- Sword with a blade crafted in the shape of an axe. Harder to use than a normal axe but stronger.
12. Urani- Heavier hand blade than the Dragon horn blade. Often used by some Leonean forces.
13. Krashi- Single edged long blade often used by Leonean officers.
14. Ravlener- Exotic double weapon that has seen circulation in both Reme and the Leonean kingdoms.
If you want to draw any characters using these by all means do so, just give credit where it's due.

Interesting... Some of these seem a bit too fantastic, the ones that caught my eye as practical weapons would be: 1, 3, 4, 5, 7, 8 and 13. Nothing wrong with very detailed and decorative designs, but I have a certain suspicion against blades too decorative or hard to use. A regular soldier needs a solid, easy-to-learn weapon. "Sharp end towards the enemy."
Of course, the weapons drawn here are used in a fantasy setting, so I understand at least some of them have to be fantastic. Pretty good options for weapon design, polearms and swords, that leaves out axes, maces and hammers, flails, bows and a neverending selection of more exotic weapons. But, if I know anything about pre-gunpowder era weaponry, the most popular designs of weapons have been swords and polearms. A long, solid, metal blade, a very versatile platform on its own, can be designed into many forms, and the other, a long wooden pole with something sharp on the other end, easy-to-learn, easy-to-use. And no cavalry can do anything to properly trained phalanx of long pike men.
"Poor drawing skills"... Pssh, this is just fine! It's great you have seen the trouble to scribble these to the paper, it gives a great spice to your prose, adds the background, makes your world a bit more fleshy. It's great to leave something for readers' imagination, but this kind of drawings help the readers to get the first grip to picture out the world in their minds. Good work.

Great design concepts. I understand being tough on yourself for art skills, hence why I am a writer. But you display your ideas well, and that is just as good. I can tell that number 13 took some editing before you could settle on an idea. That's the beauty of sketching, you can really see the work. Good job
