I was playing Resistance until some of the local play got seriously out of hand... players creating fake accounts on the opposite faction to make personal attacks, fake FetLife profiles to embarrass other players, and the clincher was an incident near Chicago where someone's tires got slashed for organizing a farming run. I stopped playing after that.
There was an Enlightened player here who started a local tactic of logging Resistance players' license plates, and calling the police on them if he'd see them stop. Usually said something about offering candy to nearby children, while giving as detailed a description of the driver as possible. It got nasty.
