Fumes is an agender bleeding heart dove + lynx griffon. They're not quite sapient and speak in a complex language of chirps, mews and coos. They're fairly small, about medium dog sized. They're not very efficient at flying, spending more time climbing and hiding among bushes and tall reeds. They can fly a little bit though, mostly to improve their jumps (either running away or leaping after birds to catch). They're omnivorous, favorite food is berries. Tend to rely on meat around winter since there's less seeds and berries around.

Fumes is a bit smarter in anthro form but still prefers speaking in their weird language. They can communicate very effectively via gestures and body language though. They're also really good at mimicking phone noises and use that to fuck with people. Kinda mischievous.

As far as fitting in with my other characters, Tisrah is their best friend. Tisrah is pretty quiet but "gets" them in a way my other characters don't.
Also they're called Fumes because when they get angry they poof up and look like a cloud of smoke.
