This drawing was done to go with a text story that had the evil empress sending out her enforcer, Virginia, after she'd learned that someone might have discovered that her 'acting troupe' was not what she claimed it is. As can be shown in the drawing, Virginia is on the roof of a descending elevator, getting ready to attack her unsuspecting victim(s).
