1.) Scarlet deSilva. Leader of the Bloods in Star City, after the previous leader was killed in an assassination deal gone bad. Psychotic, psychopathic, and sadistic. Has an obsession with the color red.

2.) Maj. Max Booth. Lucia's former lieutenant when she COed the Olympians. A studious soldier and a disciplinarian, tended to be the "moral anchor" for Lucia.

3.) ADA Wynona Littlefoot. An ambitious young attorney, Wynona is usually frustrated by the corruption of her office and the SCPD. Is in an intimate working relationship with Kevin.

4.) Shelton Erikson. Lucia's former tech officer, An erratic, neurotic individual , but a very proficient with computers. Has a robust vocabulary which he likes to exercise.

5.) Victor Salvore. A psychologist with some shady practices, bending the rules to accommodate his less than legitimate clients. Mild and perceptive, superficially benign.

6.) Panthera LeMars, with Natalie. Wife of Kevin, and mother of Natalie. Works as a bouncer in a strip club, and aspires to be a boxer. Her personality is rude and pugulistic.
