As I said, darned if this isn't a great idea from
!
Thought I'd fix another ol' fave of mine that I haven't made in ages... a big ol' vat of chili spaghetti!
ingredients:
1lb. of Jimmy Dean's mild sausage
2lbs of ground beef chuck
1 pawful of thin spaghetti
1 large jar of Prego spaghetti sauce (this was made with garlic & herb but go with preferences)
1 slice from 4 bell peppers (red, yellow, orange & green)
1 whole green bell pepper
Nature's seasonings
1 tsp. of minced onion
garlic powder
directions:
in large stewpot boil yer spaghetti till softened, dice up all the peppers an onions then add them along with the jar of spaghetti sauce, cook at medium heat.
in a large skillet first fry up the sausage, add that ta the chili then fry up the beef chuck then add that ta the chili... reduce heat ta low an let simmer until ready ta serve... whole thing probably took around 20 mins or less so this makes fer a nice hot meal ya can serve fast... so if ya give this a try I hope ya like it :)
