And more meat and potatoes goodness from

Well surely ya didn't think this ol' werewolf was done doin' his cookin' streak now did'ja? Oohnoooo heh eh
went rummagin' 'round in the freezer an found a freezer bag that had some slices of leftover pork roast in it... an that was pretty much all it took an I was like Oh yeah, gonna sear-fry these lil' piggies fer dinner!
Now since this was a frozen leftover I can't claim ta r'member how it was originally cooked but since it was pre-cooked I knew it'd work fer a quick re-cookin' type meal so here's what I did:
ingredients:
leftover pork roast (were 8 slices as shown in 1st pic)
worcheshtersire sauce
Moore's marinade
teriaki sauce
A-1 steak sauce
3 red potatoes
3 white potatoes
2/3rds stick of butter
canola oil
parsley
Nature's seasonings
Mrs. Dash garlic & herb seasonings 1 white onion
(garnished by: 2 slices of tomato and some celery stalk ends fer presentation)
directions:
thawed pork roast slices then in a large skillet I splashed shakes of the Moore's marinade, worsh, teriaki an A-1 sauces ta cover the bottom of the skillet, stirred with a small spoon till well blended then set this ta medium heat ta simmer then added the pork roast, severed each slice inta halves while it cooked an let sear fry fer about 5 mins.
while the meat was cookin' I also had a large stewpot with the butter, canola oil an spices and seasonings meltin' in while I was choppin' the potatoes an onion then added them, stirred, covered an let those steam boil, stirrin'em occassionally until they were only slightly softened yet still firm enough ta hold their shape. These were also done in around 5 mins.
...an there ya have it... another quick an easy meal ya can scrounge t'gether from leftovers an assorted odds an ends... an if ya do have the chance ta make this then I hope it turns out well fer ya... bone apetite! ;)
