Anyway, great picture.

The only thing I can pick on, is the configuration of their firearms. They'd be more likely to use bullpup, so the barrel length would be longer, thus giving more precise shots.
Pancor Jackhammer would be the best example for similar bullpup configuration.

The bullpup configuration is not as popular as itt should be.
All 'modern' assault long guns use the bullpup configuration but not only for the increased barrel length but for the weapon balance. Bullpup rifles 'feel' more balanced in the shooters hands

They were originally meant to be, but when I noticed that I hadn't drawn the butt long enough to house a firing and loading mechanism large enough for the rounds I said fuck it and just went with the front loading type which I seriously don't like to do, but I just didn't bother with it this time around

That being said, the Jackhammer isn't actually an overly good example, considdering how many problems were found with it :b I'd preferr designs like the FAMAS, even if it doesn't use drum-loaded mags, or at least it would be unhandy to use a beta-C on it >.O

I was going to say, "Reminds me of Beta-C mags" 'cept with only one drum instead of double. I would love to stick a Beta mag on a machine pistol, it would be epic.

In war time Beta-C mags are plagued with problems, namely they are fragile.
100 rounds (heavy) + Combat stress = Finding the flaws of a beta C mag very quickly.
If someone could make a Beta-C-Mag that is reliable and can take a real beating I bet the military would go for it.

Though if someone came out with a caseless Assault rifle that's as reliable as an AK-47, as accurate as an AR-15 and more cost effective as the M-16 the military would probably go for it.

Very cool stuff. The guns rock. They do have a Helghast-ish look, or the troopers from 'Jin-Roh'. Very cool, and menacing.

This is a really great piece. Their armor looks futuristic but certainly withing the realm of reason. Again another great piece.

These guys are equipped with what my college roommate calls "fun drums." :)

I like the simple design of the weapons and armor. They look like simplicity was one of the primary themes the designers had in mind when they first drew out their schematics.

I suggest you avoid the term scribble, because I think a fair few artists-in-learning will feel depressed if something like that is called a scribble when it is so very cool looking.

Still big enough to see everything good enough :o The gun looks like an updated Famas. Though love the barrel clips of all the ammo. they definitely got enough to go through one serious fire fight.

Those guns must wiegh a ton, but God they are kick-ass.
Just a point, though - the guy on the right seems to be standing rather straight for a combat zone.

The whole scene is rather clean for a combat zone. Maybe they're just posing for a photo?

looks like a blend of hellgast from Killzone and combines from Half Life 2. Looks very nice.

The weapons remind me of the new A-12? Auto shotgun being tested, the things a piece of crap but it looks cool.
