I like it, it's very nicely composed and shaded (though there's a little bit of pillow shading on the head). There is room for improvement, though, especially in terms of the palette.

Here's your palette. 28 colours, which is a little over if you're going for really nicely composed pixel art. It's pretty muddy in terms of your colour choice, and this kind of muddiness can leave an icon looking indistinct and hard to make out details on. I suggest cutting this palette down to 15 colours + transparency. It shouldn't be so hard to do, you have a lot of duplicate shades, and cutting down can really sharpen the image up, make it more eye catching and better - lower the file size. Add some constrast into your palette ^^.
And remember when mixing greys to always make it a low-saturation blue or green to avoid the starkness of pure grey ^^. Avoid pure black and pure white, and you're a winner. ^^
