Needs his mouth wide open with too many teeth and one of those big strands of spit that stretches from too to bottom. Not sure about the gun, it almost looks like its something you could use, needs to have enough length to obscure whatever composition your character has and maybe the other hand on the barrel, but really really small so it throws off ALL sense of scale. Also functionally useless clunky armor that covers only spots that make no sense
Before checking the clues, I'd say that Rob Liefeld is one of the Marvel artists, apppealing to an older, more angst audience than the younger Kirby readers. I -think- he did Cable. I am not sure: I walked away from Marvel years ago, and what I saw on the Wiki does not encourage me to ever go back. The comics have mostly disappeared from newstands anyway.
