Its not like a medical needle, it isn't hallow, and if you have a good artist it shouldn't hurt to badly. Make sure to shop around, find a shop that displays good clean and beautifful work.
Make sure to eat beforehand.
And make sure they use dispoable everything (not the case3 if they have a hawk setup, but make sure its sterilized between uses)

well one of my friends told me it hurts like a hot wire being draged through your skin and Im like pleas tell me your joking.
also I know the place im getting mine done in is good because they did my Ex's tattoos and he was fine and I met the artist and shes lovely
my mom tested the ink in my skin when I was a kid so Im not allergic but that hurt she got a sowing needle into a small pot of ink then stabed it into me XD it looks like a black freckle but still... freaked me out
