Well, after I took care of two v63s, a v43, a Traxx and an M41, my path led me to yet another InterCity train pulled by a newer, and more interesting piece of art locomotive, the Siemens Eurosprinter ES64U2, also known as Class 1047 by Máv, Class 182 by DB, and class 1116 by GYSEV and ÖBB, or in it's nicknames: Doremi, Taurus, Teknő (Hungarian for Shell), MilkaBika (MilkaBull, a mix of a chocolate brand, Milka, and the word Bull), Repcebika (ColzaBull), or as I nickname it: Lamborghini on rail. Seriously, it looks like something Lamborghini made of it manufactured Locomotives.
This one took me by surprise, because Eurosprinters arrive with freight trains here at best, mostly owned by anyone but MÁV, tho this is the second occassion I saw an EuroSprinter pull not just a passenger train, but an InterCity at that, and even that is an interesting I.C. becasue it came from Budapest-Western, Szolnok, Debrecen stations, and goes to Budapest Eastern Station through Miskolc-Tiszai station. This kind of Intercity is called Kör-InterCity, aka. circle InterCity, or Circuit InterCity. As you may already know, maybe not, this locomotive is also known for it's sound when it begins to spin it's wheels, hence the Doremi nickname. This songlike acceleration engine sound is caused by none other than the system "Variable Voltage, Variable Frequency, Gateway Off" System, or VVVF-GTO in short. Most Eurosprinters are built with this system, making them sound like music when they accelerate.
