I tend to over-evaluate my designs simply because a woman around her size at that height is typically 160-180 in my own observations (at least I know I was at that weight!) Due to how robust she is and how muscular her legs are under all that fur, I tried to make her seem solid :D

Definitely! You gave her big muscular thighs and that is a good bit of weight right there. I'm a few inches shorter and when I was lifting I was in the same, relative, weight-range. Smaller boobs though (and I'm not particularly small ^_^;).

Haha agreed totally! Something that always irks me in toons/movies/anime/comics is how unrealistic the weight is @_@; like, say a 5'9" average female at 115 lbs or something. I know it -can- exist, but it's super uncommon and kinda bizarre in my head.

She absolutely looks 180. Boobs aren't full of helium in spite of what men typically believe. I was impressed that she was given a realistic weight!

5'7" and 180 lbs is a BMI of 28.2, which is overweight and nearly obese.

Sure, BMI isn't perfect, but she doesn't look extraordinarily muscular in a way that would throw it off. No one should think 180 lbs is a healthy weight unless they're a body builder or >6'2".

I just don't agree with those standards. Medically I can agree on a few points in BMI but it feels completely horseshit to tell someone with an average build, height and health they are obese by these mystical numbers. And she's not human, so I thought I'd account for a vastly different structure (ears, dewlap, fur, distribution of her weight vs height)

I digress, it's just a fantasy character and I like the heavier weight implied even if she may seem lighter :u I just cannot understand bmi most of the time even if I'm incredibly involved in it due to transplant.

What one thinks is healthy is not up to anyone else. I was 5'2" / 185 lbs and in wonderful shape! I'd say I was quite healthy.
